Matt & his team are amazing!!! They did an incredible job & are so much more affordable than other guys because I shopped a lot before I found Matt. They are super quick, so friendly, efficient & go above & beyond!!! I am so happy with the work they did installing the mini split air conditioner & wall brackets!!! You should definitely get Matt to take care of your cooling & heating needs because other companies way overcharge!!!
I messaged a handful of HVAC companies and Townsend Mechanical was by far the quickest who got back to me. After scheduling a consultation for our thermostat upgrade, I knew we wanted to go with them. A month later, we ended up scheduling a AC install and a new furnace. The whole team is amazing. From Stan, who is very quick to respond, handle all the scheduling/admin work, to Matt, Sean, and Zion who all work efficiently and very professional. I initially had a good experience with Matt on getting a quote for some work to be done. When I asked about the quote which seemed high for what was said to be a “extremely simple” task he became very defensive and unprofessional. After asking for a phone call to discuss it, I was told to find other quotes and they are now too busy.
In response, I was looking forward to working with them but in regard to the price for serious items in terms of safety, I had gotten numerous quotes from reputable businesses that came in UNDER half the price. Wish them the best of luck as well.
